Los Angeles Correspondent – VP of Creative Content, Co-owner, Editor, Author – Kevin Ott
Kevin is an author with BroadStreet Publishing. His debut book “Shadowlands and Songs of Light: An Epic Journey into Joy and Healing,” which uses the writings of C. S. Lewis and the music of U2 to explore the joy of knowing Christ in the midst of sorrow, releases in bookstores and online stores worldwide October 2016. Kevin also runs the blog Stabs of Joy and the podcast Aslan’s Paw. In all of Kevin’s writings and podcasts he follows the same vision: the “good life” is not about finding unbroken happiness, but unbroken longing–a joyous, life-consuming longing for Christ.
Nashville Correspondent – Josh Belcher
Josh Belcher wrote full-time for Rocking God’s House for two years from 2013 to 2015 and has contributed many exceptional articles and celebrity interviews. He still occasionally writes for the site. Here is his bio in his own words: “I am a Christian! I attend Grace Church of the Nazarene of Columbia, Tennessee. I am a father of two daughters, and I am a drummer and a stand-up comedian. I have been on the TV game show “The Singing Bee”, and I appeared as an actor in several skits on The 700 Club. I formerly hosted a radio show on Fox Sports Radio 910 – The Duck. I love the Lord with all my heart and soul, and I believe He speaks to my heart mostly through music. My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 19:14: ‘Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.’”
Christian Lifestyle Blogger, Digital Marketing Associate, Administrative Assistant – Amy Ott
Christian Lifestyle Blogger Amy Ott is a professional (i.e. hopelessly addicted) blog reader, Pinterest pinner, and stay-at-home mom. She is also a primary contributor behind the food/fashion blog Bow Tie Culture Club. Her claim to fame is being one of the first to jump on “The Pioneer Woman” bandwagon back in 2006 — and also getting to ask Candace Cameron Bure an interview question about the wonderful charity Skip1.org. Before becoming a mother (and mommy blogger), she was the executive assistant to a CEO of a top-notch company and a paralegal; and, besides writing the Lifestyle blog, she now uses her corporate savvy to help Rocking God’s House with administration and digital marketing. A native Ohioian now dwelling in Southern California, Amy lives with her husband, Rocking God’s House editor Kevin Ott, and their daughter.
Advertisement Director – Keaton Stancato
Keaton Stancato currently attends Ball State University where she is studying in the fields of advertising and marketing, and she has helped manage affiliate and direct advertising campaigns.
